Quality of cup itself is decent but the actual image is less desirable…especially compared to the ad images. The image seemed squished on the cup and the names appeared very tiny. The appearing heat effect with hot temps are pretty cool though, especially with the Harry Potter manager of mischief.

Print was placed pretty low and a little blurry making names a bit difficult to read. Wife still loved her cup so thats a win!
